The Partnership To End Homelessness Names Mirtha Special Advisor to the CEO on Strategy and Partnerships
🎉 Please join us in congratulating Mirtha Santana on her new position, Special Advisor to the CEO on Strategy and Community Partnerships at The Partnership To End Homelessness. 🎉
Mirtha brings an extraordinary depth of experience and an unwavering commitment to community-driven prevention work. Most recently, she served as Chief Program Officer at Health Equity Collective, an organization she co-founded, where over the past four years she built and led programs rooted in the belief that health and housing are inseparable.
Before that, Mirtha spent 15 transformative years at RiseBoro Community Partnership, serving in a range of leadership roles, including Chief Program Officer.
What makes Mirtha's appointment so compelling is her deep alignment with The Partnership's upstream intervention model: ending homelessness not by responding to it, but by preventing it in the first place. Her strategic vision, community roots, and passion for systems change make her uniquely positioned to advance The Partnership's mission.
Congratulations, Mirtha! 🏡✨
A heartfelt thank you to Aine Duggan and Gail Cooper for your trust and partnership throughout this search. It was a pleasure working with you both.
